I was a little bored tonight, so I made myself a new desktop background.

This is my sweet granddaughter Arianna in her dance recital costume.

She loves stories and fairytales, She is going to love seeing this on my computer.

Fantasy Fudge

I know that I have been giving you all the blank page as well as my recipe page, But I somehow managed to get a virus in my computer and also managed to lose the blank pages.

I tried to save everything on dvd's (yikes!! over thirty dvd's) but I can't find the blank pages. LOL its a pain to find anything on them. Which one has what on it? 

Oh well! I learned a hard lesson. Now I see why external hard drives are nice to have!

Blueberry Fairy Pie

When I was a young girl, On summer vacations a  lot of us older kids would go rake blueberries for the Wyman company, to get spending money. I think we ate more than we got paid for,LOL   I remember that when we got home we would have to go into the lake to wash off all the mess, before we were allowed in the house. (we would be stained up to our elbows, knees and our mouths with blueberry juice.)   Anyway I never got sick of them, I still love eating blueberry anything.

DUH! I remembered I can still post Miles picture, it just won't be animated. 

 

It isn't quite right anyway, the sheep is jumping over the baby's head, but he gets stuck for a second on the third frame. ( not sure why)   I'm just playing around trying to learn a little animation.

Do you ever get so obsessed with something that you spend hours trying to get it to work right?

Well I have spent hours tonight trying to figure out how to post a gif image!!!

It isn't even that important that I do it, I just wanted to.

I uploaded it to photobucket and clicked share on blogger. It kept failing, once or twice it did post in the side bar and worked great, but it was so big it only showed 1/4 of it, so I deleted it and shrunk the file and tried again,  But it kept failing again. AAAHHHHHH, I could pull my hair out! 

It even told me that I needed to create a blog, because I didn't already have one? WHATTT! I'm so done with that for tonight.

Anyway It was a picture of my new great grandson Miles, He was born monday, 8lbs 10oz, 23 inches long

We've had three babies born into our family in the last month.

and they all make me feel ancient. ( great gramma, great aunt and great great aunt PHEW!)

Arianna's 4th B-day

My grand-daughter Arianna turned 4 on Easter, she really likes fairies and princesses right now so I made her a fairy princess play outfit for her present( the flower crown took longer than the outfit to make). She loved it and i think she looks beautiful in it.

Great Great Auntie

Great Great Auntie!!! Now that makes me sound old enough to be dead already!  Whats up with that. Yup I just became a Great Great Aunt, Imagine! But She is so sweet that I really don't mind how old I am getting.  And by the way, In a few weeks I will be a great grandmother as well. OMG. where did the years go?

I thought I was about done with making recipe pages, But tonight my son was around for supper and we had my plain old meatloaf and he wanted me to make a page for that. Tastes are different, huh!  Also my granddaughters 4th birthday is sunday and my daughter asked why I didn't make some pages with simple craft and cooking for the kids to do. ( she wanted ideas to entertain all the kids at the b-day party!) So I guess I'm not all done yet.LOL
