Sugar Cookies

If you all get tired of the same old color scheme, Let me know.
As you probably noticed I'm a bit partial to red's. Let me know what
colors you would like on the recipe pages and I will make them .

I want to wish everyone a very
Merry Christmas!
and thank you all for visiting me all year.
I made this greeting and then realized that it would have been
better if I had used a real Maine lighthouse picture. LOL
I made it animated too, but I made it to large to upload animated.

Figgy Pudding with Custard sauce

I have to admit that I have not made Figgy pudding before, But I thought I would try it this year.
It just sounds so much like a vintage Christmas.  It seems that most supermarkets don't sell real suet, So you will need to find a local specialty butcher or meat market.

Okay! What's  up with that?? I guess you shouldn't have a few glasses of Christmas cheer and then try to upload anything on the computer! Whoops!!!
I fixed the links and added the mac and cheese, since some of you got it  instead of ham and scalloped potatos anyway. I think its right now LOL

MERRY CHRISTMAS

A few more

4-shared seems to be up again for now. ( I'm not sure, it might have been my connection) So here is the other pages I have finished.
The Green tomato recipes I made up because I gave some that I made recently to a friend and he wanted the recipes. They are surprisingly good. I hope you like them.

Sorry! Its been so long since I posted any recipe pages.

Well, I'll be back in a while to upload the rest of the pages. It seems that 4-shared 's server is down for the time being.  I printed the Chocolate Ginger bread blank on a 1/2 fold card and it makes a pretty Christmas card.

COOKBOOK COVER

I made up a sample cookbook cover and a few blank pages, so you could start your own cookbook.
I did not add a spine graphic because the size of it would be decided by the size of binder you purchased, 1/2, 1, 1 1/2 or 2'' thick. All you need is a normal binder that you can slip a picture into the covers of. (You can get these almost anywhere). and a bunch of vinyl page protectors.
You can scroll down through my blog and find a lot of recipes to put into it as well as blank pages that you can add you own recipes to.

This is a link the another great blog that you can find many more interesting and yummy recipe pages.

My first quilt

I have wanted to make a quilt for a really long time, But felt very intimadated by the thought of all those little pieces going together right.
This past week I used paint shop to design what I wanted it to look like. And enlarged each piece to the correct size for a paper pattern.
Then I committed myself by going shopping and buying the fabric.(oops! I gotta do it now!)
The fabric prints were not the same of course, But I think it will be even prettier.
I hope it doesn"t end up in a box in the closet. LOL like a bunch of other things I have started.
This is how the center flower looks. It has a little brighter colors than it looks here. This is as  far as I got. I love the rose print I found.

WONTONS AND NO-BAKE COOKIES

I know! I know! They don't go very well together. But they are both things I could eat until they came out my ears. So I hope you enjoy them too.

Little Helper preview

When I looked at this a second time, I realized it does not look like a preview. I was just having fun with it.      So to stop any confusion. I made another preview.

Little Helper

I tried to think of other things,( besides bugs and stuff) that would go in this kit and keep coming up blank. So that said, I guess its done. I hope you enjoy using it.

I also made this with this kit for you to enjoy
(I forgot to put the bird in the kit and I must have deleted the birdhouse, Because I can't find it anywhere??)

I love flowers

I made this image, I guess its called a tag. for a friend of mine. I thought you might like to have it to. It is animated, but I don't think it will post as animated. Maybe, but the download will be though.

Blog template change

I have been trying to change my blog forever! When I finally figured it out , it was so simple I can't believe it took me so long.
I used "Little Cook's Kitchen" for it. I Kind of like it,But I've had the other one so long I need to get used to this one.

Little Cooks Kitchen

I'm not sure if this is interesting to you all!  But it was relaxing to put it together.  My personal life is just a little hectic lately and I find it takes my mind off things for a while to create these kinda silly kits. I hope someone will find a use for them.    :^}   There is everything that's shown on the preview, plus a bunch more. Most are scaled to the fit on this 12" x 12" preview, but not all. So you might have to resize some.
I was raised in  a bunch of foster homes and I never had a doll house of my own and never had much for really good home cooked foods (although I still like a bowl of plain macaroni and butter), and I spent a lot of my adult life learning to make yummy comfort foods. (hence the recipe pages) Not always so healthy (CRINGE!!!) so I suppose that is why I  tend to make this kind of kit?
I am starting on a different room tomorrow, Maybe living room. I'm not sure yet. In one home I was not allowed to sit on the sofa or chairs, But sometimes that was fine by me, It was a lot warmer sitting on the floor in the corner beside the wood stove.

Personal use only!
