Today I was told by my Doctor that I have to watch my sodium and fat intake, So I decided to make my favorite meal tonight, and start tomorrow.. I will still eat this, but sadly only about once a year.
I wonder if the family would like quiche for Christmas or Thanksgiving?? LOL, only kidding!
I might be putting healthy recipes on here, if I can find any that are good tasting.
Goodbye mac and cheese, sour cream on my potatoes and all you other yummy dishes.AAAAAHHH!
Broccoli and Ham quiche with sliced tomatoes and parsley on top, YUMMMMM!
Maybe a tossed salad on the side. (but since it is my fatty farewell meal, I will probally just eat quiche :^}
